Funny that the least interesting character from an ok film bashes a competing franchise. BTW did anyone explain how a guy with a Vibranium suit can run as fast as 2 guys who took 1 form or another of the Super Soldier serum. Stop being a Marvel apologist. Although, you know that scene was a contrivance and a weak point in that film. Oh, let me throw you the line that people who liked BvS get thrown in their faces as they try to explain why the film was good. Yet, the film redeemed him at the end even if he did nothing to deserve it. Tony realized he needed oversight, hereafter rejected the though and tried to force oversight onto his pals. While repeatedly violating the accord he signed without repercussions, he proceed to lie. Blackmail and threaten anyone who didn’t agree with him. With all that said… How is this good film making. He reconsiders a bunch of his actions and choices, when Batman realizes that Superman also has a mom. That’s interesting right? Batman realize that Superman was also more human than he had ever considered. That should be enough to keep Batman from killing him. To me it had nothing to do with them becoming best friends. The fight in Civil War was deeper than one person killing another persons parents.
Another question isSo the question is this. Should superheroes be beholden to a government? MCU fans don’t pay attention, they’ve been trained not to. Superman having a mom named Martha just humanizes Superman more in the eyes of Batman. It adds connective pieces to the sub plots mostly so they don’t feel disjointed and are better fleshed out. For example, the result is better transitions between scenes and various elements of the film. While Answering the ageold question of who should win, rather than something that made sense within a movie.
IMO fans could see Batman fight Superman,, a solitary reason Batman was still angry with Superman was.to a draw.
Captain America, after seeing corrupt governments closeup doesn’t need to mindlessly follow governments that probably have an ulterior motive.
Tony believed that the Avengers needed oversight. Whenever because it should lead to senseless destruction, That they shouldn’t be allowed to do whatever. Batman is more a citywide perspective and Superman’s fight caused a bunch of damage and killed friend’s of Bruce Wayne and his employees. Saved many lives? Maybe I saw the extended version, that was amongst the scenes I expected to have plenty of problems with from everything I had read.
On Demand. It is take that out of the movie and the government oversight conflict still holds up. Now pay attention please. The Tony / Bucky parents revelation was just a plot device to get from one scene to the next also. How is that supposed to convey what was happening with Martha? Nevertheless, he never did, he could’ve told Batman that Lex was holding his mother so many times during their fight. He even needed more words to explain to Batman what was happening.
He just said, ‘save Martha’.
Whenever giving fans 30 extra minutes of story they didn’t see in theaters, There was a lot material that the Ultimate Edition was released on home media.
It is true that the movie had plenty of balls to juggle, as it was laying groundwork for loads of future DCEU projects. Therefore, dawn of Justice lacked focus, at least when it came down to the story director Zack Snyder was making an attempt to tell and what the DC and Warner Bros brass wanted to see included. It sounds like Boseman is saying that Batman v Superman. So, aside from featuring the main conflict between Batman and Superman, it also had to deal with the aftermath of Man of Steel, introduce Wonder Woman, show other metahumans to tease Justice League and more.
It is how it went down.
There is no way anyone can defend that scene.
Stop doing best in order to apologize for this film. Superman and Batman never really became friends in the film. They became allies as a) they realized they had a similar enemy and b) Doomsday showed up, a much bigger threat. What else to you say to the frightened mother of they guy you realize you maybe hated for the wrong reasons? On top of that, while speaking only for myself, the Martha scene bugged me as Superman could’ve saved Martha in the blink of an eye. The irony is that Marvel movies are the most contrived corporate products. Just a device to get us from one scene to the next. Most people don’t need to spend money and time watching two superheroes fight ourselves, So it’s. The Martha line was just as bad as the tornado death in MOS. Then again, its got the continuity of a cartoon. Then again, great, Civil War is buckets of fun, Therefore if all you look for is live action cartoons. The problem is that the film does not give a crap about any of that sort of continuity.
As for Tony flying to Siberia -We don’t know where the Raft is. For all we know, it’s in the Pacific Ocean. It just gave a pause for thought. That never made them best friends. Superman mentions his mum’s name, that just so happens to be nearly identical to Bruce’s dead mum, and they are best of buddies 2 minutes later. Batman is all about to murder Superman, who is a proven good guy who has saved many lives but Bruce hates him as long as he accidentally knocked over a building attempting to save the world. Generally, walked out feeling unsatisfied since he perceived that the movie felt disjointed, dawn of Justice on opening night. Speaking with Radio Times, Boseman said how he went to see Batman v Superman. Sometimes when you watch movies you see that the producers are saying something, other people is saying something, the directors are saying something. That there’s not a clear voice from the director.
Sometimes, it doesn’t work.
I feel like sometimes you see a movie and I gonna be wrong, or saying this being that I’m in the industry you can see that there’s at times many people deciding something, batman v Superman. I’m not exactly sure what they did wrong.
Marvel is that the directors are very much making the movie. Martha plot device was more to stop Batman from delivering the coup de gras and to humanize Superman in the process. It didn’t make them automatic friends. You see, need to find anything positive about the experience and claim it justifies the cinematic diarrhea we sat through. Seriously?! The Force Awakens was mediocre storytelling, star Wars fan. You can’t get by with storytelling like BvS, in today’s troubled world, we need them more than ever. We don’t seek for to walk out of the theater believing we just sat through two hours and thirty minutes of $ 167 million dollars worth of CRAP. Writing was way off the mark, as with BvS the effects were wonderful.
Batman and Superman become great friends instantly just being that their parents had similar names?
