See here the build of the Crusader in Diablo 3 for Season 03 ! Here we will present quickly this build / template. There may be things that will be changed during the season in 03, but it seems that it is the spe the most optimal for the moment !
Sweep Attack is your extractor, and a dealer of damage.
Protection against the glare is a must have for total control of the crowd enemy.
Consecration is needed for the healing and extra damage.
Skin of iron is necessary for survival further in GRifts higher.
Laws of Valor is also a given for Wrath regeneration.
Champion of Akarat is also a must for the survival, damage and wrath regen.
SKILL AND ITEM SYNERGY
Denial increases the attack damage of scanning up to X-percent, according to the number of enemies affected.
This is stacking up to 5 times. You will see damage up to billions as long as you keep these batteries to the max, and to hit as many enemies as possible, which makes Gathering rune is a must.
Sweep Attack draws a lot of enemies towards you, as long as you’re in front of them, so position yourself accordingly. It is considered as a knockback, so it triggers the effect of Strongarm Bracers.
Sweep attack does Holy damage, Consecration helps you heal and do damage of fire – Agreement elements will provide a major boost to these spells.
Iron Skin is your panic button. Use that when taking massive damage.
String of Ears is amazing for the reduction of melee damage.
Gold skinning, Laws of Valor, glare and of the Field of Akarat any help with your wrath Regen.
Champion of Akarat is also a source of massive damage, toughness, and an extra life.
Adornment, celestial Force and Indestructible are obvious choices for more GRifting level.
Holy cause is great since we mainly use Holy damage, and it compensates for the half of your damage reduction by the celestial force.
Finally, the unit, with a “follower cannot die” relic increases the chances of your survival as a part of the damage you take is sent to your follower (who can’t die in the first place).
Statistics of the article are, as mentioned above:
Sweep attack damage on Helm and Boots (max 30%)
Damage on Holy Amulet and Bracers (max 40%)
shields of refusal can roll with up to 40% increased Sweep damage Attack (per hit of the enemy), that stacks. Try to get from 38 to 40% for best results.
Golden Flenses can ride with a maximum of 6 Anger gained per enemy hit by sweep Attack. Try to get as much for best results.
Vitality coupled with the Life% are great stats to have on your equipment, given that the healing of holy cause, will be based on your maximum life span.
Reduction of the resource cost on gear, while not too important, would be useful in the case where this is the only option that you have for your current equipment.
For secondary Stats, try to have the “Stun on Hit” and “Increases Wrath up by X” whenever possible, but not at the expense of rerolling primary stats.
Diamond on the helmet
Diamond on the chest / Legs (up to> 700 resistance including Paragon and gear)
Bane of the Trapped is a gear mandatory. Since we are a melee class, its effects are constantly active on the enemies that surround us.
Mirinae is ideal for demolition mobs since the Smite stands out as Holy damage.
Taeguk is also amazing for extra damage and tenacity, as we will be traversal attacks throughout spamming, keep these batteries up as much as possible.
Style of play
Sweep Attack gathering. Drop Consecration.
Skin Iron every once lay huge damage.
Keep the batteries of scan to 5 as often as you can.
Glare whenever possible, hit as many monsters as you could.
Laws of Valor whenever possible for more Wrath Regen.
Field of Akarat every time in the face of elites or once you have collected huge packages.
CHANGES IN OPTION
If have NO problems with Wrath Regen, consider switching Laws of rune of Valor to critical (damage); or switch to Laws of Justice – stationary object (toughness).
If problems with survival, consider switching the Bracers Strongarm for Ancient Parthan defenders.
To trigger the effect, you’ll need an ability that can stun enemies.
Either use laws of Valor – Frozen in Terror; or Iron Skin – charged.
You will also need as much “chance to stun on Hit” as a stat on secondary slots speed applicable to, but not at the expense of rerolling primary stats.
Use Pauldrons Skeleton King, or Boots illusory, are an option – but you’ll have to replace your Convention items with a ring of Royal Grandeur. I do not recommend that the Convention of the two cycles, which greatly amplify your power of fire (Holy to the most, and fire).
Any immunity amulet is well, I hope that you can roll the statistics needed for the inside.
If you use hellfire Amulet, choose one with one of the four stats liabilities above; the fifth can be another passive of your choice such as wrathful or Vigilant.
If you wish to exchange a jewel for more than survival, you can change Taeguk in favour of the gizzard of the Molten wildebeest. His healing massif will complete your chin-ups scan constant (general prevention enemies to hit you). You will often win a shield, except if you take too much elemental damage, or at a distance.
Can I use this version for a role / tanking zDPS?
The construction also shines in group play. If tanking, Switch Out most of the stats from offensive to defensive and you’re almost set.
Consider replacing one of the skills with Provoke – Hit Me; although in most cases, your Sweeps should be sufficient to contain enemies for as long as you have them rolled up.
